At La Casa del Presidente you will find a cuisine without artifice. Based on products of QUALITY that Castilla y León offers us, local products that have tradition, History, and the names and surnames of its producers of the raw materials with which they are made, certified with the Tierra de Sabor seal, such as the Foie Gras from the ducks of Soria by Malvasía or our beef hamburgers certified I.G.P. Carne de Ávila (Avila’s Meat seal).

A selection of national products GOURMET, renowned and unmistakable, such as the spectacular marinated Sardine loins from Casa Santoña, the delicatessen Artichoke Hearts from La Leyenda in La Rioja or the organic Free Range eggs from Granja Redondo in Avila, without forgetting the legendary Iberian Acorn-fed Ham cut by knife under the command of Florencio Sanchidrián, designated World Ambassador of Iberian Ham by the International Academy of Gastronomy.

The final touch to our gastronomic experience is undoubtedly provided by our completely HOME-MADE desserts, such as our exclusive Blue Cheese Cake or our Brioche Torrijas, made entirely in the House by our Chef Pablo García.

All this in a careful but casual environment, practically touching the Wall and views to our garden, with a menu made with many dishes to nibble together, to share and enjoy in company.
