Purpose of the function:Promotion and dissemination of the hotel unit
Minimum qualifications:Training in hotel/tourism//domain of 2 international languages
Professional Experiencie: 1 o 2 years performing the same or similar functions// Knowledge of computer science
Personal skills: Autonomy// Ability to work under pressure// Flexible working hours// Ability to work as a team// Ability of travels// Strong commercial orientation// Dynamism and proactivity// Excellent comunication skills with high negotation skills
Assignments and Responsibilities:
Prospection of the market, national and international, and active search of potential clients. This work includes participation in fairs, company visits,travel agents and operators. Identification of new opportunities to generate revenue.
Analysis of orders, negotation and monitoring thereof, Fam and Press trips. Ensure that information about Fam and Press trips is transferred to the various departaments of the Hotel. Sales orders and group invoicing from start to finish.
Management and negotiation of corporate contracts with companies
Ensure the passage of information on hiring, to the various departaments os the Hotel.
Collaborate and execute the comercial/marketing procedures.
